Andrea Bocelli: Because I Believe

 Andrea Bocelli: Because I Believe has an incredible central subject with immense likability and talent and the film knows it. This documentary about the famous Italian tenor does a good job of showing why the world loves Mr. Bocelli which makes it all the more frustrating that the film feels so shallow and surface level. People sometimes ask if one element alone can make a film worth recommending, rarely but yes and this is one of those times. Mr. Bocelli is a figure that deserves a great doc and this is not quite that film but it fundamentally works by putting its subject front and center. 


I Give It 4 Stars!!!
